Dr. Chandra Britt Armstrong

Dr. Chandra Britt Armstrong is a board-certified family physician with decades of experience and a legacy of leadership in Georgia healthcare.

A graduate of Spelman College (BS in Math/Pre-med), she went on to continue her medical education at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (graduating with honors in 1994). She completed her residency at Rush-Pres St. Luke’s, where she served as Chief Resident.

Since opening her own practice in 2004, Dr. Armstrong has remained deeply committed to family-centered care. She recently stepped away from her position as Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at Emory Decatur Hospital to concentrate fully on expanding her patient-focused practice. However, Dr. Armstrong remains active in public health leadership across Georgia.
